First Post - Many will be shocked!

Yes, there will be many shocked that I am starting a blog. So many of you have suggested that I start blogging. Thanks to your encouragement, here it goes!

I have been getting into genealogy and family history lately. There are so many stories to be told!  I find it exciting and exhilarating so I decided to post some of the things I have found. My goal is to post something each week.

I have been scouring over old newspaper articles the last few days on the Internet and found some fun things about family members, so I will start with some of those.
